This Is The Smoothie Miranda Kerr Makes Every Morning

For maximum energy and vitality, I make a green power smoothie each morning that is alkalising, nutrient dense and high in vitamins and minerals. 

Ingredients

Water from a young fresh coconut (or half a glass of coconut water)

1/2 a glass goat’s or almond milk

1 tbs acai powder

1 tbs goji berries

1 tbs spirulina

1 tbs raw cacao powder

1 tbs maca powder

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs raw vegan protein powder

1 tbs coconut oil

Method

Throw all of these in a blender with some ice and whiz!
