Here's What Beyoncé & Jay-Z Served at Their Oscars Party

The 91st annual Academy Awards are a wrap, and there are plenty of Oscars moments you may or may not have seen since it aired last night — from Best Actor winner Rami Malek falling off the stage(!) to Lady Gaga’s emotional backstage moment. But there’s one super-exclusive post-Oscars event that was kept incredibly under wraps: Beyoncé and Jay Z’s Academy Awards party.

Beyoncé and Jay Z’s Oscars after-party, located inside the Chateau Marmont’s parking garage, was a totally press-free bash, so you’d be hard-pressed to find out exactly what went down; but what we do know is what the power couple served their guests.

According to Page Six, Eleven Madison Park chef Daniel Humm created the menu for the event again; he was the chef last year too. And apparently, the after-party had “caviar by the gallon.”

“Chef Humm is set to return for the second year, serving every decadence from caviar by the gallon to truffle quesadillas and late-night upscale ‘Chicken & Waffles,’ all with the Eleven Madison signature treatment, perfectly paired with magnum after magnum of Jay-Z’s prestige Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades) Brut Gold champagne,” an Eleven Madison Park representative tells Refinery29.

The publication also did the math, reporting that one gallon of premium caviar cost the couple approximately $47,375 — but, hey, if anyone can afford that luxury, it’s Beyoncé and Jay Z.

This after-party is so mysterious and exclusive, the Carters intentionally ensured none of their guests uploaded any embarrassing photos from the party, according to the Standard.

“They want to keep the whole thing top secret, and have ordered celebrity guests to leave their own security teams at home so there is space for everybody else,” the publication reports.

But! An insider reported back to ET Online with a few juicy details.

For starters, all 150 guests — including celebs Tracee Ellis Ross, Drake, Tiffany Haddish, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Mindy Kaling, BJ Novak, Shonda Rhimes, Jordan Peele and Angela Bassett — were offered socks and slippers in case they wanted to slip out of their fancy (and likely painful) footwear so they could dance all night. They were all also treated to Ace of Spades champagne.

The insider also reports that the after-party included a casino set up, and apparently 36 pizzas were delivered to the party around midnight.

Now that’s how you know your party was a success.
