This Cooking Staple Is Proven To Boost Sexual Performance

Wanna set your sex life on fire? Try experimenting with olive oil (not that way, ya sickos.)

According to a new study out of the University of Athens, consuming approx. 9 tablespoons of the kitchen staple weekly can reduce importance in men by up to 40 per cent.

Scientists took data from 660 men with an average age of 67 and found that those that adopted a Mediterranean style diet(aka, one that’s rich in healthy fats) had far fewer problems between the sheets than those who didn’t eat this way.

Not only does a regular dousing of olive oil keep the blood vessels healthy, it increases circulation throughout the body (including to the penis.) It also significantly increases levels of testosterone which, in turn, reduces the risk of erectile dysfunction.

“Long term lifestyle habits on diet and exercise seems to have a major impact on not only our arteries but our quality of life, including sexual capacity from middle-age to elderly population,” explained lead researcher, Dr Christina Chyrsohoou. “Consuming olive oil and sticking to a Med diet keeps a man’s bedroom chances high.”

Olive oil is also an effective alternative for those who’d prefer not to take prescription medication.

“Viagra does not improve something long-term,” Christina adds. “It can only give some short effect in order to have sexual capacity.”

In short: the next time your fella can’t keep it up try sneaking some into his salad.
