Jenna Jameson Just Shared A Photo Showing How Much Weight She’s Lost On Keto Since Last Year
It’s been a big year for Jenna Jameson and the keto diet—and she’s sharing even more pictures to prove it.
In her latest Instagram post, Jenna shared a photo of herself around this time last year next to a current photo (both with her daughter Batel, because she’s just that cute). The two photos show just how much difference a year has made for her.
“#Newyearnewme,” she captioned the photo. She continued: “I hope this year brings all of you the fortitude to change our health for the better.”

♥️ #newyearnewme ♥️ sorry I had to say it! I hope this new year brings all of you the fortitude to change your health for the better. Even if you don’t leap into #keto , try to adopt a “whole food” diet. Because your insides matter, and when you take care of your cells, it translates to your outside AND your outlook! I’ve never felt more bright and present. Who could ask for more! Set goals and believe you can achieve 🥰 love you! #ketotransformation #beforeandafterweightloss #weightloss #intermittentfasting #biohacking #ketodiet #postpartumbody #postpartumweightloss #mombod #fitmom

For Jenna, of course, that meant doing the keto diet (she started in April 2018, when she was still struggling with baby weight from Batel). The high-fat, low-carb diet made her feel “more bright and present,” she said—plus, you know, it also helped her lose a whopping 80 pounds. (Jenna also uses intermittent fasting for weight loss, ICYMI.)
It hasn’t always been an easy weight-loss journey for Jenna, though: “After the first week or so…the cravings subside and the body adjusts,” she wrote in her very first Instagram post about her progress. “I get sweet cravings here and there but I usually push past them by drinking a Fresca.”

This has been a strong 💪🏻 week for my Keto lifestyle results. I’m no longer really losing fat, I’m tightening. I see and feel the biggest difference in my arms and back. When I was out of shape, I felt really thick through my core and trap and arm area. That’s finally starting to go. I really feel weight in our arms is a hormonal thing. I can say this to all of you ladies wondering how I stay committed to no carbs. Well, after the first week or so… the cravings subside and your body adjusts. I get sweet cravings here and there, but I usually push past them by drinking a Fresca. Oh and by the way, my scale number hasn’t budged. I’m holding at 130. Because I KNOW y’all cuties will ask… my insanely cute slides are from @haute_acorn #weightlossjourney #ketotransformation #ketodiet #weeklyweighin #fitmoms

Jenna knows that the keto diet isn’t for everyone—but in her Instagram post, she still urges her fans to “adopt a ‘whole food’ diet,” she wrote, “because your insides matter and when you take care of your cells it translates to your outside AND your outlook.”
And above all, Jenna says the key to any weight loss is believing it can happen and sticking with it: “Set goals and believe you can achieve them,” she wrote, ending the post.
Sure, it sounds cheesy—but you’ve seen the pictures, right? Girl clearly knows a thing or two about keeping herself motivated on a diet. Keep the new keto content coming in the new year, Jenna!
