Jenna Jameson Just Posted A Photo Showing What Happened When She Quit Keto While On Vacation
Jenna Jameson’s back from her Mexican vacation—and back in the keto saddle.
Jenna shared a new Instagram post, talking about how she’s getting back in the keto swing of things after indulging on vacation. “Now that I’m back from vacation, I definitely needed to restart my #ketodiet,” she wrote.
Jenna says she indulged on vacation (“not on garbage but in whatever amount of good carbs I wanted”), and says the scale reflected it, but not as much as she thought it would: “I only gained 4 lbs. no worries!”

Let’s talk getting back in the #keto saddle. Now that I’m back from vacation, I definitely needed to restart my #ketodiet 👏🏻 while on vacation I indulged, not in garbage but in whatever amount of good carbs I wanted. My scale reflected it less than I thought it would. I only gained 4 lbs. no worries! The best way to get back into #ketosis is to fast! I completed an 18 hour fast and then ate pure strict keto and I fell easily back into ketosis! Within 2 days I was back at my pre vacation weight! So don’t stress if you fall off a bit, just buckle down after and keto on! #beforeandafterweightloss #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #beforeandafter #ketotransformation #intermittentfasting #fitness #ketoweightloss

Jenna’s first order of business to kickstart her keto diet? Fasting. “The best way to get back into #ketosis is to fast!” she wrote. “I completed an 18 hour fast and I easily fell back into ketosis. Within 2 days I was back at my pre vacation weight!”
It should be said, however, that Jenna is pretty used to fasting already—she practices intermittent fasting each day from 6 p.m. one day to 11 a.m. the next, so taking on a few extra hours was probably nbd for Jenna.
As far as her current diet goes, Jenna’s probably getting back into her keto groove with a bunch of her keto staples, like avocado, eggs, and cheese for breakfast, followed by lots of lean meats and veggies for the rest of the day. (It’s definitely a different menu from her vacation diet of fish tacos and churros.)
Props to Jenna for being so open about her weight gain—and letting everyone know it’s not a big deal.
