While the title might conjure visions of magical, sparkling, fairytale creatures, don’t be fooled – this video is anything but that.

In her latest stomach-churning but deeply satisfying video, Dr. Sandra Lee AKA Dr. Pimple Popper pops a “unicorn cyst” on a man’s forehead.

The patient let the now gold ball-size lump grow for six whole years before seeking treatment. 

“He really took good care of this cyst,” Lee says in the video. “He nurtured it and let it get nice and to this size and not popped. That’s impressive.”

Impressive is one word for it.
