What to do if you’re worried about vitamin D deficiency
If you have concerns about your vitamin D intake, it’s best to seek the advice of your local GP.
Your doctor will be able to tell you if you’re lacking in the nutrient – and will advise on what steps to take next.
The NHS tells Brits to take in 10 micrograms of vitamin D a day.
