This Ice Cream Pint Has An Entire Birthday Cake Mixed Inside, So You Could Say I'm in a Committed Relationship

Cumberland Farms debuted their celebratory Birthday Blast line Thursday in honor of the company’s 80th anniversary. And frankly, it’s pretty obvious how they’ve managed to stay in business for so long: They’re brilliant! The convenience store chain, which has locations across the Northeast and Florida, dreamt up a new ice cream flavor that has an entire birthday cake mixed in. What could be better!?

The whole product launch is actually inspired by the brand’s milestone birthday, and while the b-day-inspired pint is my personal favorite, their premium cookie bites, whoopie pie, and chocolate bars have all appeared on 600 store shelves—and they’re all bursting with rainbow sprinkles. It may be their party, but it’s like we’re getting all the gifts. Between now and February 26, customers score a Birthday Blast Ice Cream for $3.99, while the chocolate, whoopie pie, and cookie bites are all 99-cents each.

“My grandparents started Cumberland Farms in 1939 with nothing but a cow and a dream,” CEO, Ari Haseotes, said in a statement. “Here we are 80 years later, and it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. Though years have passed, we’ve maintained our commitment to always do right by our guests. Our new Birthday Blast treats are a celebration of our success due to their continuing loyalty, and we hope our guests share in our celebration by enjoying these delicious birthday celebration treats when they visit our stores.”

Now, they’re proving how well-earned that title really is with the launch of their internal sweepstakes for a VIP experience. Team members will also get an “80 free products” coupon book. But also, do we think they get free Birthday Blast pints?
