Vanilla sauce

Ingredients for 300 ml Sauce

For the vanilla sauce

  • 200 ml of soy drink
  • 80 ml soy cream
  • 2 TSP organic corn starch with 2 TABLESPOONS water to mix
  • ½ TSP vanilla powder
  • 1 Msp. Organic Lemon Zest
  • 2 TBSP Xylitol
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes

The soya drink into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then the rest of the ingredients except the starch and mix in 2 Min. simmer. To one side, and shortly before eating again, bring to the boil, and the starch in the custard mixture.
