Vegan whipped cream – no soy

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the vegan cream

  • 100 ml of the chickpea water (without salt)
  • 1 TBSP agave syrup
  • ¼ TSP vanilla powder

Preparation

Preparation time about 5 minutes

All the ingredients in a bowl and with a Mixer for 5 Min. pitch.

Note: The airy whipped cream falls about an hour together.
