Target Recalls Almost 500,000 Wooden Toy Vehicles Over Potential Choking Hazard
Target is issuing a voluntary recall surrounding a choking risk associated with a specific brand of wooden toy cars.
A release published on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission‘s website reports that as of April 18, the retail giant is offering refunds on Bullseye’s Playground wooden toy vehicles, which Target sold in stores and on their website between October and November 2018.
The notice explains that although there have been no reports of injuries thus far, four cases have come in stating that the toys’ wheels became detached or were missing a wheel when opened, thus posing the potential choking hazard.
