When it comes to blackheads, there aren’t many that dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper can’t take care of. In her latest Instagram video, Dr. P shows off her blemish-removing skills by taking care of some blackheads on the face and forehead of an elderly, male patient.

Armed with her handy go-to comedone extractor, Dr. P starts with a blackhead next to the man’s eyebrow. With a press and a gentle scrape, it’s on the next one. You can hear the two making small talk in the background about their favorite foods while Dr. P removes about 10 of the blemishes in a matter of seconds. Fifty-nine glorious seconds.

“What happens when a comedone extractor meets some little blackheads? I think we all know 😏” Dr. P captioned the post.

The good doctor’s latest video is less about the messy, oozy pop and more about showcasing her obvious skills.

“I can never get my blackheads out with and extractor! You make it look so easy!!!” one commentor wrote.

But don’t worry, Dr. P knows the kind of gunk-filled content that Popaholics crave and ends the video with a close-up shot of yellow ooze spiraling out of a blemish on the man’s cheek.

“Look at this one; it’s like a needle” she says, showing off what she just extracted to the patient. “You’re not impressed,” she adds when she fails to elicit much of a reaction before returning to the remaining blemishes.
