Erdnussmus – self-made

Ingredients for 300 g

For the Erdnussmus

  • 300 g peanuts, unsalted and fat – free roasting
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

Preparation

Preparation time about 15 minutes

The peanuts with 1 pinch of salt in a powerful blender or Cutter, and mix on low speed to start; very slowly, at a medium level increase.

Meanwhile, pressing with a rubber scraper or Plunger of the pieces in the middle (it is a liquid, and then draws the nuts out of in the middle). The Whole thing takes about 10 Min and something is hot.

The Erdnussmus finally, in a glass Jar, let cool completely and store in the refrigerator. The jam keeps refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Tip: This recipe you can use any seeds, nuts or almonds and cook according to your taste with Yacon, or agave syrup, and spices such as vanilla, cardamom, chilli, cocoa powder, etc. to modify.

Note: You have the seeds, nuts or almonds is not mandatory roasting, however, this is an intense, fine roasted flavor.
