The 2 Healthy Desserts You Can Make In Under 5 Mins

I am a strong believer of there always being room for dessert. One thing I find hard is providing viable options when you have friends over for dinner or when you have a hankering for something sweet.

These are my two favourite recipes.

Mango Fro-yo

Ingredients:

¼ cup frozen mango (can sub for any frozen fruit, raspberry is delicious as well)

2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

Method:

Put everything in the food processor, blitz for 30 seconds.

Sometimes it can melt a little too much, so just pop back in the freezer for 5-10mins and then give it a whisk and it should be be the perfect consistency.

Chocolate Nice-Cream

Ingredients:

1-2 frozen banana’s

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

Optional Extra’s:

Cacao nibs (a healthy chocolate chip)

2-3 drops of mint essence for a choc-mint flavour.

Method:

Put everything in the food processor, blitz for 30 seconds and voila.
