This Is Jessica Biel’s Go-To Healthy Meal For When She’s Too Tired To Cook

After a long day at work our creative juices are officially squeezed and sometimes the last thing we feel like doing is coming up with (and cooking) a healthy slash delicious slash simple dinner.  

Fortunately, Jessica Biel has our back. In an interview with wellandgood.com, the actor shared her go-to healthy meal when she’s too tired to cook and it’s the ideal winter warmer.

“I’m a big fan of easy-make, easy-bake vegan purees, which I think can be a nice, light supper option,” the 36-year-old said.

“You cook the vegetables, roasting them in the oven, adding salt, pepper and your favourite spices,” she explained. “Then you put it in the blender and boom – you’ve made yourself a really light, really healthy, gorgeous soup that anybody can enjoy pretty easily.”

The mum-of-one follows a mostly paleo diet. 

“Honestly I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,” she previously told LA Times. “My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy… I mean, of course I have cheat-days and will go out and have, like, cookies and pizza.”
