The ULTIMATE Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 cup hazelnut meal

½ cup chocolate protein powder

½ cup puffed rice

¼ Natvia

½ cup chopped pecan (or any nuts your prefer)

1/3 heaping cup peanut butter

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

Pinch of salt

50g melted sugar-free dark chocolate

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Roll into balls approx. 1.5-2.5 tbsps

Place in freezer while melting the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler

Dip/drizzle in chocolate and place in fridge

Serve chilled and enjoy.
